AI training in Rotorua starts at $1,995 + GST for AI Foundations, a three hour workshop for up to 10 people. AI Power User is $3,995 + GST and the six hour AI Builder Bootcamp is $5,995 + GST. Extra people are $200 + GST each.
Tool licences are billed by OpenAI, Anthropic or Microsoft.
Training runs face to face at your office, meeting room or boardroom in Rotorua, or virtual over Teams or Zoom. We do not have a local office or venue.
Staff in Ngongotahā, Mamaku or out in the forest can join virtually if they cannot make it in.

Yes. Leo runs the session face to face in your office, meeting room or boardroom. Your team uses its own laptops and accounts, so the work carries straight on afterwards.
Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Rotorua, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
No. AI Foundations is for beginners and starts with a job they already do. AI Power User covers Skills, connectors and delegated tasks, and the AI Builder Bootcamp is for teams ready to build agents and automations.
On business plans, OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft do not use your data to train their models by default. Safety still depends on your workspace settings, permissions and your own policy, so we agree clear rules with the team in the session.
We teach a clear rule: AI does not author tikanga or te reo Māori content without review by your own people. AI can help with structure, admin and first drafts of general material, but cultural content stays with those who hold that knowledge.
Yes, with care. We recommend a business plan inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant or workspace, clear permissions on who can see what, and a policy on what stays out of AI entirely. We help you set that up during the session.
