Are there extra costs for face to face training in Tauranga?
Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Tauranga, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
Is Claude training in Tauranga priced the same as in Auckland?
Yes. The workshop prices are the same: AI Foundations $1,995 + GST for up to 10 people, AI Power User $3,995 + GST and AI Builder Bootcamp $5,995 + GST. We confirm the date on the planning call.
Do our staff need to know Claude before the session?
No. AI Foundations assumes very little. People learn to brief Claude, check its answers and set up one Project with a real template. Teams that already use Claude daily start at AI Power User.
Can we put signed contracts and client files into Claude?
Only what you agree is suitable. On Claude Team and Enterprise, your conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models by default. Safety also depends on how your workspace is set up, who can open shared Projects and your own privacy and confidentiality rules. We settle that before anyone uploads a file.
Can Claude draft property and construction documents for us?
It drafts, your people decide. Connected to your drive, Claude produces first drafts of reports, letters and variations from your templates, and can take a whole job such as a monthly property summary off your plate. A qualified person checks every clause, date and figure. It does not replace your lawyer.
Should a Tauranga logistics or horticulture business pick Claude?
It depends on the work. Teams that mostly write long documents do well with Claude. Teams who live in Outlook and Excel around the port often start with Copilot, and packhouse staff communications can suit ChatGPT. We help you pick on the planning call.
