Yes. We run most Waikato sessions face to face in the client's own office or boardroom. Your team works on its own laptops and ChatGPT accounts, so everything they set up is ready the next day.
Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Hamilton, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
Yes. AI Foundations is built for people who have barely used ChatGPT. We start with jobs they already do, like a quote or a customer reply, so it makes sense straight away. Once the office has saved that quote as a Skill, anyone on the team runs it the same way, and a person still checks the price before it is sent.
Use a business plan and agree some rules first. On ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, OpenAI does not use your business data to train its models by default, but your workspace settings, who has access and your own policy all matter. We set those rules in the session so the team knows what stays out.
Yes. We book around your calendar, including Fieldays week and peak building or farming seasons. A three hour session fits in a morning, and virtual is an option if getting everyone into one room is hard.
Yes. They can come in for the face to face session or join virtually. If most of the team is out of town, we can run the session at whichever site is easiest.
