$130 a month for the platform, plus 95 cents a minute of talk time from a prepaid credit balance, plus GST where applicable. You start with $500 of credit, so your first payment is $630 and then $130 a month. A two minute call costs about $1.90. No per-seat fees, no contract.
How does the automatic top-up work?
Your calls draw down the $500 credit balance at 95 cents a minute. When the balance drops under $50, the platform tops it back up to $500 from your saved card, automatically. Your line never goes dead mid-month, and every top-up shows in your portal billing history.
Does it work with my existing VoIP or phone system?
Yes. The standard setup is conditional call forwarding from your existing VoIP or mobile, so the receptionist only takes the calls you do not answer. If you would rather keep it separate, we provision a dedicated NZ or AU number instead. Either way you keep your existing number.
Can it transfer calls to my team?
Yes, that is its main job. The receptionist transfers warm, announcing the caller and the reason before connecting, to extensions inside your VoIP or to external mobiles. You set the rules: who gets sales calls, who gets support, what happens when nobody picks up.
What happens when it takes a message?
The message is transcribed and sent to you instantly by email or SMS, with the caller's name and number captured. The full transcript and call audio also sit in your portal, so nothing lives on a sticky note ever again.
Can it dial extensions or use keypad menus?
Yes. If your phone system answers transfers with its own menu, the receptionist dials the extension digits (DTMF) to reach the right person. Callers can also key in things like reference numbers when that is easier than reading them out. You will not need it often; mostly, everyone just talks.
How fast can it go live?
