With over 20 years of experience working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications, I've built a deep understanding of how businesses run—from the systems that power finance and operations to the tools that support sales, service, and everything in between.
At Waboom.ai, that experience helps shape a practical, systems-aware approach to AI. Having worked across complex, connected environments, I understand where AI can make a real difference—whether that's saving time, reducing manual work, or unlocking better decisions.

Throughout my career in eCommerce, I've had the privilege of leading Zyber, one of New Zealand's premier Shopify Plus agencies. As CEO I managed over 30+ staff and collaborated with esteemed brands such as BedsRus in both New Zealand and Australia, G-Shock, Bargain Chemist, and global entities like Real Pet Food, Happy Healthy You and Storm Digital who surpassed $60 million in revenue within their inaugural year.
Working with these leading brands I witnessed the rapid emergence of AI, I recognized its potential to drive business growth with lean teams, advanced technology and endless growth opportunities. AI is no longer for the Silicon Valley businesses, it's for every business—this realisation led me to co-found Waboom.ai with John aiming to empower businesses through innovative AI-driven solutions.
