If a project requires more hours than your plan includes, we'll estimate the overage and send you an invoice via Stripe. Once paid, we proceed with the work. You'll always know the cost before we continue, no surprises.
Yes, you can submit as many requests as you like. However, requests are worked on based on your plan's active slots. Additional tickets will sit in your queue until current work is finished. The Embedded AI Team plan allows two builds in parallel.
Revisions and post-completion tweaks are handled by submitting a new ticket. This ensures every request gets proper scoping and attention. Minor clarifications during active work are always included.
For large or complex projects, it's best to talk to us first. These are often better suited as standalone ad-hoc projects with custom scoping, timelines, and pricing rather than fitting into the monthly subscription model.
Yes, projects deployed to our infrastructure incur hosting fees. Depending on the project complexity, traffic volume, scheduled jobs, and security requirements, hosting ranges from $99 USD to $1,000+ USD per month. We'll quote hosting costs before deployment.
