How much does Microsoft Copilot training cost in Tauranga?
Copilot training in Tauranga starts at $1,995 + GST for a three hour AI Foundations workshop including up to 10 people. AI Power User is $3,995 + GST, AI Builder Bootcamp is $5,995 + GST for six hours, and each extra person is $200 + GST.
Licences are a separate cost, billed by Microsoft or your Microsoft partner.

Can you run Microsoft Copilot training at our Tauranga office?
Yes. We run the session face to face in your own office, in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Tauriko, Papamoa or Te Puke. Each person works in Copilot on their own laptop and mailbox.
Are there extra costs for face to face training in Tauranga?
Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Tauranga, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
Can Copilot read our rate sheets and shipment spreadsheets?
Yes. Copilot in Excel works on the spreadsheets your team already uses, and the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence gives the fullest version, so we confirm which your staff have before the session. It is good at spotting patterns and drafting formulas, and it can still get things wrong, so the session teaches how to check its work before a quote goes out. Licensed staff can also use Agent Mode in Excel to build a complete comparison workbook from one request, which gets the same check.
Is Copilot training suitable for beginners?
Yes. On plenty of desks one person owns the rate sheet and everyone else steers clear of it. AI Foundations starts from zero with Copilot Chat and Outlook, so everyone can draft a customer update and ask a plain question of a spreadsheet by the end.
Is customer and shipment data safe in Copilot?
Microsoft states that prompts and responses in Microsoft 365 Copilot are not used to train its models, and Copilot respects the access each person already has. Safety still depends on your permissions, sharing settings and policy, including what your customer contracts allow, so we agree the rules with you before the session.
Our team works shifts. Can you fit around operations?
Yes. We can run two shorter sessions on the same day so the desk stays covered, or run the second group as a virtual session later in the week.
