Calling-window recommendations

When you create a new campaign and pick an agent, the form shows the agent's historically best calling windows: “Tuesday 10am-12pm. Wednesday 2pm-4pm. 9,685 calls analysed.” One click pre-fills the days, start time, and end time on the campaign form. You can always override.

Threshold gating prevents noise. Recommendations only appear after the agent has 500+ calls in the lookback. Each (hour, day) bucket needs 30+ calls before it shows as a high-confidence signal. Single-bucket fluke wins do not warp the recommendation.

Question-frequency reporting

After every call, the agent extracts the questions the caller asked. The portal aggregates them into a top-questions list per campaign: “How much is the deposit? 47×. When is the open home? 23×. Is there parking? 18×.”

This is the prompt-improvement loop. Anything that appears 30+ times is something the agent should answer cleanly next time, not transfer to your team. Your AI gets sharper every week, automatically driven by the data.

Note on language: this is statistical aggregation against historical call data, refreshed nightly from a per-agent JSONB cache. We do not retrain models. We identify windows that have historically performed best for your specific agent.

What is an AI sales agent?

How is an AI sales agent different from an AI receptionist?

An AI receptionist is inbound (you receive the call). An AI sales agent is outbound (you make the call). The receptionist optimises for fast answer, accurate triage, and warm message-taking. The sales agent optimises for connect rate, qualification quality, objection handling, and CRM data hygiene. Compliance overlay is also different: an outbound dialler has to handle DNC scrubbing, calling-hour windows, and recording disclosure on every call. Can the AI send emails and PDFs during the call?

Yes. Mid-call or immediately after the call, the agent can send a templated email (offer summary, calendar link, brochure), attach a PDF (info pack, pricing sheet, terms and conditions), and SMS the prospect a confirmation. All captured in the CRM record alongside the call recording and transcript.

What integrations does an AI sales agent need?

At minimum: your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho), your calendar (Google, Outlook, Calendly, Acuity), and your email or SMS sender (HubSpot, SendGrid, Twilio). Will it warm-transfer to a human rep when the lead is hot?

Yes. The agent is trained on your hot-lead criteria (e.g. budget confirmed, timeline within 90 days, decision-maker on the line). When those criteria are met, it warm-transfers the call to your nominated rep with a 30-second context summary so the human picks up where the AI left off, without restarting the conversation.

How do I keep it legal?

Two layers. Dialler-level: the platform respects calling hours (AU 9am-8pm weekdays / 9am-5pm weekends; NZ aligned with ACMA Industry Standard), scrubs the AU Do Not Call Register before each campaign, and respects opt-out requests immediately. Call-level: the agent discloses AI involvement and call recording at call start. Both are required from 1 May 2026 in NZ under IPP 3A.
