Are you Auckland-based or remote?
Both. Headquartered in Auckland, we work onsite for Auckland engagements and remote everywhere else in NZ. Most discovery and build work is hybrid. Workshops we run in person or via Zoom. Voice agent and automation deployments are fully remote with weekly calls.
How fast can you deploy a voice agent?
Five business days for a clean inbound receptionist on a fresh number. Ten days for outbound on a campaign list. Fifteen days for a multi-language hospitality or healthcare deployment. We have shipped 100+ agents in 18 months.
What does pricing look like?
Voice agents: $0.50/min NZD all-in (telephony, AI, platform). No per-seat licensing. Automations: project-priced from $5K to $50K depending on integration breadth. Workshops: from $1.5K per attendee. Strategy retainer: $2K/month for ongoing access to the team.
Are you Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic certified?
We use them all in production. Anthropic Claude (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku 4.5) is our default for most build work. OpenAI for voice latency where appropriate. Microsoft Copilot for enterprise rollouts. We pick the right model for the job, not the marketing relationship.
Will my data leave New Zealand?
Only if you let it. We can deploy with NZ-resident data storage on Google Cloud (australia-southeast1 is the closest region; private deployments in NZ are available for sensitive engagements). Default is Sydney for cost. We document every cross-border data flow and run IPP 12 model clauses where required.
