How much does Grok Bot training cost in NZ?
Team training starts at $1,995 + GST for a three hour AI Foundations workshop with up to 10 people. AI Power User is $3,995 + GST for three hours, and the six hour AI Builder Bootcamp is $5,995 + GST. Each extra person is $200 + GST.
Every session includes access to our training videos afterwards. Grok plans are separate and billed by xAI, not by us. Grok Bot is included with xAI's Premium, Super, Ultra, Teams and Enterprise plans.
How do I choose Grok Bot training for my team?
Start with the jobs, not the features. Grok Bot does work inside your apps, so the first question is which repeat job you would hand to a new starter tomorrow. Where do you run Grok Bot training?

What is Grok Bot?
Grok Bot is xAI's AI teammate. Each Bot has its own cloud computer, signs in to the apps and websites you allow and works through tasks such as research, inbox triage, drafting and reporting, then comes back when it needs approval. You work with it on desktop (macOS or Windows) or in the iOS app.
How is Grok Bot different from a chat assistant?
A chat assistant mostly answers in a window and you do the work. Grok Bot is built to do the work inside your apps, in parallel and around the clock, even when your laptop is closed. That is why our training spends as much time on sign-ins and approvals as on writing a good brief.
Which Grok plan do we need for Grok Bot?
Grok Bot is included with xAI's Premium, Super, Ultra, Teams and Enterprise plans, with weekly usage included and extra usage billed on token cost. For a business we recommend Teams or Enterprise, so seats and admin controls belong to the company. Check xAI for current prices before you buy.
Is Grok Bot safe to use with company data?
xAI says the cloud computer is encrypted in transit and at rest, you can opt out of training, sensitive actions can go through Auto Review and Enterprise admins can set data loss and network controls. All of one person's Bots share one computer and its logins, so we agree which accounts each person connects and write those rules into your AI use policy.
Can you run Grok Bot training at our office?
Yes. We run sessions onsite anywhere in New Zealand, in Sydney and Brisbane, or online over Teams or Zoom. Each person works on their own Grok account and their own jobs, so the Bots keep working after we leave.
Is Grok Bot training suitable for beginners?
Yes. AI Foundations is built for people new to AI at work. We start with how to brief a Bot and check its work, then set up one Bot on one real job. Teams already using AI tools daily start at AI Power User.
Can you train our staff on our own tools and documents?
Yes, and we recommend it. We agree beforehand which apps and documents are suitable to use, so nothing sensitive is connected without a decision. Each Bot is set up on your real tools, so the work is useful the next day.
