A three hour AI Foundations workshop in Hamilton costs $1,995 + GST for up to 10 people. The three hour AI Power User workshop is $3,995 + GST, the six hour AI Builder Bootcamp is $5,995 + GST, and every person beyond 10 is $200 + GST.
The fee is for the training. Claude licences are paid to Anthropic.

Yes. AI Foundations starts from scratch: how to brief Claude, how to check its answers and how to set up one Project on a real task. Staff who already use Claude every day move on to AI Power User.
On Claude Team and Enterprise, Anthropic does not use your conversations to train its models by default. Whether your data is safe also depends on workspace settings, sharing permissions, any agreements with research partners and your own policy. We agree what can go in before the session.
Yes, as a drafting partner. Connected to your drive, Claude can map your project against the funder's criteria, draft sections from your past applications and flag gaps, working through the whole application while you do other work. A person checks every claim and figure, and the funder's own rules on AI use come first.
Yes. A three hour session fits in a morning, and we schedule around your calendar. If spring or Fieldays week is flat out for you, we pick a quieter month, and staff out on farms can join virtually.
