Waboom AI integrates natively with the major CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce), calendars (Google, Outlook, Calendly, Acuity), accounting platforms (Xero, MYOB), payments (Stripe), and broader automation (Zapier, Slack, Microsoft Teams). Almost any other modern tool can be reached via webhook or Zapier. Native integrations connect in under 30 minutes via OAuth and are included in the per-minute price.

HubSpot
Bi-directional sync. Calls create/update contacts, deals, and activity timelines. Notes from the call summary land on the contact record. Lead-stage transitions trigger from call outcome (booked, qualified, declined, DNC).
Pipedrive
Native deal-pipeline integration. Calls create activities on deals, transition stages by call outcome, and write call summaries to the deal notes. Custom field mapping supported.
Salesforce
Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity object support. Real-time activity logging, call outcome to opportunity stage mapping, custom fields supported. Supports Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Calendar
Google Calendar
Live availability check, booking creation with attendees, conflict avoidance. Confirmation email sent automatically. Multi-calendar / round-robin booking supported for teams.
Outlook + Microsoft 365
Same as Google Calendar but for the Microsoft stack. Honours busy/free, books inside business-hours rules, supports shared and resource calendars (rooms, equipment).
Calendly + Acuity
Direct integration with the booking page rules. The agent quotes the same available slots Calendly would show, books, and triggers the same confirmation emails. No double-bookings.
Accounting
Xero
Customer lookup by phone number, recent invoice status retrieval ("yes, your invoice INV-1234 is overdue 7 days"), and payment-link sending. Common in NZ trades and accounting workflows.
MYOB
Customer record lookup, invoice status, and outstanding-balance retrieval. The agent can confirm whether an invoice is paid, send a copy by email, or transfer to accounts.
Payments
Stripe
Payment-link creation during the call. The agent can quote the price, send a Stripe link by SMS, and confirm payment received before ending the call. PCI-safe (we never read card numbers over the line).

What if my CRM isn't on the list?
Almost every modern CRM is reachable via Zapier or a custom webhook. We've integrated with Tradify, ServiceM8, simPRO, ServiceTitan, AroFlo, JobAdder, Bullhorn, Zoho, Nimble, Capsule, and a long tail of NZ-built systems. If your tool has any kind of API or webhook, we can wire it up. Allow 2 to 5 hours of one-off integration work for non-native tools.
How quickly can integrations go live?
Native integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Xero, MYOB, Calendly, Google Calendar, Outlook, Stripe) connect in 10 to 30 minutes via OAuth. Zapier-based integrations take 1 to 2 hours. Custom webhook integrations are usually 2 to 5 hours. Same-day for most.
Are integrations included in the per-minute price?
Yes. The $0.80 per minute covers all native integrations and standard Zapier flows. Custom integrations may have a one-off setup fee but no ongoing per-call charge.
What about data security?
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We don't store credentials in plaintext anywhere. All integration traffic is TLS 1.3. Call data stays in our region (AU/NZ) and only specific fields you authorise are sent to integrated tools. NZ Privacy Act 2020 and APP compliant.
Can the agent read data back to the caller?
Yes, when configured. Common examples: an Xero customer asking "is my invoice paid?" gets a real-time check and answer. A HubSpot contact asking "when's my next appointment?" gets the calendar lookup. We always confirm identity (e.g. by full name + DOB or contract number) before reading sensitive data on a call.
