Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Tauranga, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.

Yes. AI Foundations starts with how to ask ChatGPT for something clearly and how to check what comes back. Each person then builds one job they do every week, such as a roster notice or a supplier reply.
Be careful with it. On ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, OpenAI does not use your business data to train its models by default. Personal details of workers and growers still need clear rules, and safety also depends on your workspace settings and permissions, so we agree what stays out before the session.
Treat them as drafts. ChatGPT gives a solid first version, but anything that keeps people safe should be checked by a fluent speaker and tested with the crew before it is used. We build that check into the workflow.
