Here is each feature and what it changes for your bookings.

Last month the portal learned to grade its own campaigns. This month it learned to feed itself. Nine updates shipped in June, and the headline act means a lead that fills in your form at 9:04 gets a call at 9:05.

The Limit Is Gone

Additional agents: the one-agent limit is gone

One agent per account used to be the ceiling. Not any more. Create as many additional phone or website agents as you need, straight from the Agents page, each with its own script, its own voice and its own number. Your first phone number is free, extra numbers are NZ$8 a month.

Why it matters: different campaigns need different conversations. Run two campaigns at once with two agents on completely different scripts, say one chasing old quotes while another books new enquiries.

The Big One

Evergreen campaigns: leads drip in, calls go out

Campaigns can now run continuously. Hook up your CRM, Zapier, Make, Facebook Lead Ads, a website form or even a new row in a Google Sheet, and every new lead drops straight into a calling campaign that never closes. If a tool can push a lead, it can feed your campaign.

Phone numbers get cleaned up automatically on the way in. No manual CSV uploads, no batching, no waiting for someone to remember.

Every called contact now gets an AI lead score automatically, and the Follow-Up page ranks them hot, warm and cold. It has grown into a proper workspace: full note history on every lead with author and timestamps, one-click filters for Pending, Hot Leads and Completed.

The filters live in the link too. Send a teammate "here are today's hot leads" and they open exactly your view.

Straight to the Right Desk

Tag notifications: transcript and audio to the right inbox, instantly

You already tag call outcomes and track cost per result from the May rollouts. Now switch notifications on for any tag, and the moment a call earns that tag, the full transcript and the call recording arrive by email, ready to action.

Setup takes a minute: go to Tags, turn notifications on, enter the email it should go to. Different tags can go to different departments.

Why it matters: a quote request goes straight to sales while a complaint goes to your service manager, seconds after the call ends. Nobody sits in the portal watching. The work arrives where it gets done.

Traffic Becomes Leads

Website agents

Put your AI agent on your own website. Visitors can type or talk to it right in the browser, and chat transcripts land in your inbox with the visitor's name and details captured. Easy to set up on any site.

Under the Hood

Faster conversations, smarter model choice

We tuned the whole speech pipeline. Faster transcription, a faster voice engine, and a priority routing tier for agents where every millisecond counts. You can also now pick your agent's conversation model from a range grouped by capability, including new speech to speech engines that are our most natural sounding yet.

Why it matters: a few hundred milliseconds faster per turn is the difference between "talking to a robot" and a natural back and forth. And you can match the brain to the job: a fast economical model for simple confirmations, a premium one for complex sales conversations.

Eight new voices landed: seven New Zealand and one Australian.

A handful of smaller fixes that punch above their weight. Phone numbers a caller spells out loud now arrive in your emails as a real number you can tap to ring back. Agent settings reorganised from 12 tabs into 6 simple groups. A refreshed dashboard that compares this period against last. And the usual security hardening behind the scenes.
