A three hour AI Foundations workshop in Auckland costs $1,995 + GST and includes up to 10 people. AI Power User is $3,995 + GST, the six hour AI Builder Bootcamp is $5,995 + GST, and each extra person is $200 + GST.
Your Copilot licences stay with Microsoft or your Microsoft partner; we only bill for the training.
We run Copilot training face to face at your office, site or boardroom in Auckland, or virtual over Teams or Zoom. Face to face sessions run on the team's own laptops and inside their own Microsoft 365 tenant. That matters with Copilot, because it works from your mailboxes, meetings and SharePoint files.
Leadership teams often book a session in the boardroom first, then roll out to the wider business. Teams split between an Auckland head office and other sites can join virtually over Teams or Zoom.
Corporates that already run on Microsoft 365, such as logistics, finance and distribution firms, get the most from Copilot training, because the tool sits inside the apps their people open all day.

Yes. We find the three or four jobs each team does every week, practise them in Copilot during the session and leave saved prompts behind, so people have a reason to open it on Monday. Teams ready for more can book the Builder Bootcamp for Power Automate flows and their own agents with Skills in Copilot Studio. Licensed users build internal agents at no extra cost, and we check which features need extra licences.
Yes. AI Foundations starts with Copilot Chat and Copilot in Outlook: how to ask for what you want, how to check the answer and what not to paste. Nobody needs prior experience.
Microsoft states that prompts and responses in Microsoft 365 Copilot are not used to train its models, and Copilot only sees what each person already has permission to see. Safety still depends on your sharing settings, permissions and your own AI policy, so we agree beforehand which files are fine to use in front of the group.
Yes. A leadership team can start with its own boardroom session, so the people approving the rollout know what Copilot can and cannot do, then book sessions for each department.
