A three hour AI Foundations workshop at your Auckland office costs $1,995 + GST and covers up to 10 people. AI Power User is $3,995 + GST, the six hour AI Builder Bootcamp is $5,995 + GST, and extra people are $200 + GST each.
Each workshop includes access to our training videos afterwards. Claude licences are separate and billed by Anthropic.
Private team sessions run face to face at your office, site or boardroom in Auckland, whether that is a CBD tower, a Penrose warehouse or an East Tamaki head office, or virtual over Teams or Zoom. Our public Claude Code sessions run at GridAKL in Wynyard Quarter.
We have also run a Claude workshop with Orca Consulting at Pine Harbour in Beachlands, so an offsite venue works if it suits your team better.
Teams that live in long documents get the most: law firms, accountants, consultancies and agencies. Auckland has more professional services businesses than any other region, and their week is full of letters, reports, proposals and client briefs. The biggest shift comes when Claude is connected to the drive and inbox those files live in, so it can draft from the real file for a person to review.
Trade and distribution businesses gain too. They usually start with quotes, supplier email and spreadsheets, then hand Claude whole jobs such as a weekly stock summary, and some move on to Claude Code builds.

Yes. Most Auckland sessions run face to face in the client's own boardroom, on the team's own laptops and Claude accounts. You provide a room with a screen and Wi-Fi, and we bring a plan built from the planning call.
The workshop fee covers 10 people and each extra person is $200 + GST, so a 20 person AI Foundations session is $3,995 + GST in total. Bigger groups often split into two sessions so everyone gets hands-on help.
Yes. AI Foundations is built for people who have hardly used Claude at work. We start with how to brief it and how to check its answers, then each person builds one Project or Skill on their own work.
On Anthropic's business plans, such as Claude Team and Enterprise, your conversations are not used to train their models by default. Safety still depends on your workspace settings, who can see shared Projects and your own data policy. For law and accounting firms we agree which files are suitable before the session.
No. Briefing Claude well is the starting point, then the training moves on to connecting Claude to the apps your firm already uses, saving repeat documents as Skills and handing Claude a whole task, like a folder of statements, with a person reviewing the result. Builders can go further with Claude Code.
Yes. If you are training on your own, the public Claude Code workshop runs at GridAKL in Wynyard Quarter. Our Auckland sessions sold out every date through May and June, so book early. Team sessions are private and built on your own work.
Yes. We can run the session in one office with other staff joining virtually, or run separate sessions at each site, say the CBD and Albany. Shared Projects and Skills mean every office drafts from the same templates.
