We run Copilot training face to face at your office, site or boardroom in Brisbane, in the CBD, South Brisbane, Fortitude Valley, Newstead or Milton, or virtual over Teams or Zoom for teams spread across south east Queensland.
Project teams based on site can join the virtual session, or we run a separate one at a time that suits the site roster.

Yes, for teams that work with the state. We build the exercises around the Use of generative AI in Queensland Government guideline, then layer on your client contracts and your own policy. The same rules apply to agents your team builds in Copilot Studio, so we write them into each agent's instructions and Skills, and a person stays responsible for the output.
Yes. AI Foundations suits project coordinators and site engineers who have the licence but have never really used it. It starts with Copilot Chat and Outlook, then moves to a real set of minutes or a tender section from your current work.
Microsoft states that prompts and responses in Microsoft 365 Copilot are not used to train its models, and Copilot only reaches what each person can already open. Safety still depends on your SharePoint permissions, sharing settings and policy, and on what your contracts allow, so we check those before using live project files in the room.
Yes. Site staff can join the session virtually, or we schedule a separate virtual session around the roster. Copilot Chat is included with eligible Microsoft 365 business plans at no extra cost, so people without the paid licence can still practise.
