Copilot training in Sydney starts at A$1,995 for a three hour AI Foundations workshop with up to 10 people. AI Power User is A$3,995, the six hour AI Builder Bootcamp is A$5,995, and extra people are A$200 each.
Copilot licences are billed separately by Microsoft or your Microsoft partner.
We run Copilot training face to face at your office, site or boardroom in Sydney, whether that is in the CBD, Barangaroo, North Sydney, Parramatta or Macquarie Park, or virtual over Teams or Zoom for teams across New South Wales.
Face to face suits a first session, so people practise in their own Microsoft 365 tenant with Leo in the room. Virtual follow ups suit organisations rolling out across several floors or offices.
Licences often go unused when people are never shown how Copilot fits their own work, and hands-on training on real tasks helps close that gap.
The Australian Government's Microsoft 365 Copilot trial, run by the Digital Transformation Agency in the first half of 2024 with over 7,600 staff across more than 60 agencies, found time savings of up to an hour on summarising, drafting and searching. Yet only a third of participants used it daily. That adoption gap is what our sessions are built to close.
Daily use also grows when Copilot does more than summarise. Once people trust the basics, we show Agent Mode building a whole client deck, Copilot Cowork taking on a multi-step task, and Copilot Studio agents whose Skills carry your team's way of working, each with a person reviewing the result.

Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Sydney, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
Yes. We build the session around the NSW Generative AI basic guidance, including never putting sensitive information or personal data into these tools, and your client contracts and own policy sit on top of that.
Yes, and that is where the trial's adoption gap shows up. AI Foundations starts with Copilot Chat and Copilot in Outlook for people who have never opened it, then each person practises one summary, one draft and one search on their own work. Teams past that stage book AI Power User or the Builder Bootcamp for Agent Mode, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
Microsoft states that prompts and responses in Microsoft 365 Copilot are not used to train its models, and Copilot only reaches content each person already has access to. Safety still depends on your permissions, sharing settings and policy, so we cover what to check before the wider team starts.
