AI Foundations. It starts with how to brief Claude and check its work, then each person sets up one Project on a real document, such as a proposal or scope they are writing this month.
Only what you agree is suitable. On Claude Team and Enterprise, conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models by default, but data safety also depends on workspace settings, who can see shared Projects, tender confidentiality terms and your own policy. We set those rules before the session.
Yes, for teams that supply or partner with Queensland agencies. We walk through the guideline on the use of generative AI in Queensland Government and turn it into plain rules for your team. It is practical training, not legal advice.
It can do the first pass. Describe the tender, point Claude at your past bids and capability statements, and it works through the whole response while your team gets on with other work. The bid manager then checks every claim, price and compliance item before submission.
Yes. We can run one session in Brisbane with Gold Coast or Ipswich staff joining virtually, or run it fully virtual. Everyone then works from the same shared Projects and Skills.
