Yes. We run your session face to face in your own office or boardroom. Your team works on its own laptops and accounts, so the setup is ready the next day.
Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Whangārei, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
No. AI Foundations starts with a job they already do, like a quote or a service note, so it makes sense quickly. AI Power User adds Skills and delegated tasks, and the AI Builder Bootcamp is for teams ready to build agents.
Choose a business plan and agree the ground rules before anyone starts. OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft business plans keep your data out of model training by default, but safety also depends on workspace settings, permissions and your own policy. Your team leaves the workshop with those rules written down.
Only with care. We teach teams to keep personal and health details out of AI unless your organisation has approved the tool and settings for that use. Most of the gain comes from reports, policies and funding applications that do not need personal data at all.
Yes, either by coming into town for the face to face session or by joining virtually. If most of the team works near Marsden Point, we can run the session there instead.
