Claude training in Wellington starts at $1,995 + GST for a three hour AI Foundations session with up to 10 people. AI Power User costs $3,995 + GST, the six hour AI Builder Bootcamp costs $5,995 + GST, and each extra person is $200 + GST.
Anthropic bills Claude licences directly. Our fee covers the training only.
We run it face to face at your office, site or boardroom in Wellington, from Thorndon and Te Aro to Lower Hutt and Porirua, or virtual over Teams or Zoom. Staff working in other cities that day can join virtually.

Yes, for the drafting and summarising side of the work, as long as the team knows the rules. Agencies work under the Government Chief Digital Officer's Responsible AI Guidance for the Public Service, and suppliers do well to follow the same habits: nothing sensitive pasted in without approval, a human in the loop and openness about where AI helped.
Those habits matter more once Claude is connected to your drive and working through whole tasks, so we decide which connectors are switched on and who reviews before anyone delegates. If your agency clients work in Copilot, we help you decide which tool does which job.

AI Foundations is $1,995 + GST for up to 10 people. A firm that already uses Claude daily usually books AI Power User at $3,995 + GST. Extra people are $200 + GST each, and Claude licences are billed by Anthropic.
Start with AI Foundations. In three hours people learn to brief Claude clearly, check what it gives back and set up one Project on a real piece of work, such as a report they need to summarise this week.
Only the documents you have agreed are suitable. On Claude Team and Enterprise, conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models by default, but safety also depends on your workspace settings, sharing permissions, your own policy and your contracts with agency clients. We agree the rules before anyone uploads a file.
Yes. We walk through the Responsible AI Guidance for the Public Service from the Government Chief Digital Officer and turn it into plain team rules: what never goes in, who checks the output and when to say AI helped. It is practical guidance for your team, not legal advice.
Yes. A scheduled task can run a job such as a weekly summary of new documents in a shared folder at a set time, even with the laptop closed, and the result waits for a person to check. In the session we set one up on a source your team is allowed to use.
Yes. We can run one face to face session in the city with people in the Hutt Valley or on the Kapiti Coast joining virtually, or run the whole session virtual over Teams or Zoom.
