ChatGPT training in Wellington starts at $1,995 + GST for AI Foundations, a three hour workshop for up to 10 people. AI Power User is $3,995 + GST and the six hour AI Builder Bootcamp is $5,995 + GST. Extra people are $200 + GST each.
Licences come from OpenAI, separately from our fee.
We run ChatGPT training face to face at your Wellington office, site or boardroom, whether that is in the CBD, Thorndon or out in the Hutt, or virtual over Teams or Zoom. Teams split across Wellington and other cities can join virtually.
Face to face sessions run on the team's own laptops and accounts, so the Projects they build are ready to use the next morning.

Yes. We run the session face to face in your Wellington office or meeting room, on your team's own laptops and ChatGPT accounts. All we need is a screen, Wi-Fi and the room for three hours.
Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Wellington, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
We build the safe-use part of the session around the same ideas as the GCDO's Responsible AI Guidance for the Public Service: keep sensitive and personal information out, keep a person accountable for the output, and be open about AI use. Your own contract terms and client rules come first, so we go through those with you beforehand.
Only the ones you approve. On ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, OpenAI does not use business data for model training by default, but that is one part of safety. Workspace settings, sharing permissions, which apps are connected through plugins and your client agreements matter too, so we agree a list of suitable documents and apps before the day. Anything ChatGPT Work produces from them is still reviewed by a person.
Yes. AI Foundations starts from the beginning: how to brief ChatGPT, how to spot a weak answer and how to check it. Everyone leaves with one job they can do faster on Monday, such as summarising a report or drafting a cover note.
It depends on what your organisation already licenses and what your clients allow. Teams fully on Microsoft 365 often start with Copilot. Consultancies that choose their own tools often pick ChatGPT or Claude. We can help you decide on the planning call, and the comparison page sets out the differences.
