Tool licences are billed by OpenAI, Anthropic or Microsoft, not by us.

Yes. We run the session face to face in your office, hotel meeting room or boardroom. Your team works on its own laptops and accounts, so everything they set up is still there the next morning.
Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Queenstown, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
Yes, and it is the best time to do it. We book around your season so managers can build the onboarding Skills and templates before the new intake arrives. A three hour session fits in a morning during the shoulder season.
Yes. Once a manager has saved a reply style or a briefing as a Skill, a new staff member can run it the same way on their first week. We also set clear rules on what staff must check before anything goes to a guest.
Use a business plan and agree rules first. On business plans from OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft, your data is not used to train their models by default, but your workspace settings, who has access and your own privacy policy all matter. We set those rules in the session so staff know which guest details stay out.
Start with AI Foundations. It is built for people who have barely used AI, and we begin with jobs they already do, like a guest reply or a roster note. Teams that want to build Skills and hand off whole tasks move on to AI Power User.
