How much does Microsoft Copilot training cost in Christchurch?
Copilot training in Christchurch starts at $1,995 + GST for three hours of AI Foundations with up to 10 people. AI Power User is $3,995 + GST, the six hour AI Builder Bootcamp is $5,995 + GST, and each extra person is $200 + GST.
Copilot licences are separate and come from Microsoft or your Microsoft partner.
Where do you run Copilot training in Christchurch?
We run it face to face at your office, site or boardroom in Christchurch, whether that is a central city office, a plant in Hornby or a site in Rolleston, or virtual over Teams or Zoom for Canterbury teams spread across several locations.
All we need is a room with a screen, Wi-Fi and a laptop for each person signed in to Microsoft 365. Office and production staff can attend the same session or separate ones.

Are there extra costs for face to face training in Christchurch?
Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Christchurch, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
Can production supervisors without a Copilot licence attend?
Yes. Copilot Chat is included with eligible Microsoft 365 business plans at no extra cost, so supervisors can practise on that while licensed staff use Copilot grounded in their own meetings, spreadsheets and files. We show where each licence type makes sense.
Is Copilot training suitable for beginners?
Yes. AI Foundations is built for people who have never used Copilot. We start with Copilot Chat and Outlook, then move to the jobs your team does each week.
Is our production and customer data safe in Copilot?
Microsoft states that prompts and responses in Microsoft 365 Copilot are not used to train its models, and Copilot only reaches what each person already has access to. Safety still depends on your permissions, sharing settings and your own policy, so we review what to tidy in SharePoint before a wider rollout.
We run multiple sites across Canterbury. How do we train everyone?
Run one face to face session at the main site, then virtual sessions over Teams or Zoom for the other locations. Everyone works from the same saved prompts, and builders share the same Skills in Copilot Studio, so practice is consistent across sites.
Is this training run by Microsoft?
