Yes. We run the session face to face in your office, department or boardroom. Staff work on their own laptops and approved accounts, so what they build is ready to use the next day.
Virtual sessions have no extra costs. For face to face sessions in Dunedin, any additional costs such as travel are discussed with you over the phone before you book, so there are no surprises.
Most teams start with AI Foundations, which works for complete beginners and confident users alike because we use your own tasks. Teams ready to build Skills and hand off whole tasks move on to AI Power User or the AI Builder Bootcamp.
Only into tools and settings your organisation has approved, and often not at all. We teach a clear rule: no patient, participant or student data in consumer tools. Your ethics approvals and privacy obligations come first, and we build the session around them.
Use a business plan and agree rules first. On business plans from OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft, your data is not used to train their models by default, but your workspace settings, who has access and your own policy all matter. We set those rules with your team in the session.
Yes. We work with the tools and settings your IT team allows, often Copilot inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. We confirm those boundaries before the session so nobody is taught a tool they cannot use.
